privacy policy

updated: 7 October 2026

This policy explains website statistics and how imago meri uses Google and YouTube data for the automated members-video previews shown on this website.

website statistics

Cloudflare Web Analytics is configured for imagomeri.com and www.imagomeri.com to measure visits and website performance. The beacon is excluded from local development and staging. Cloudflare currently provides access to these statistics for the previous six months.

When enabled, our separate aggregate interaction counter records product-profile openings, clicks to the store, catalog-filter changes and settled catalog searches with or without results. It stores daily totals by product and catalog category, not individual event histories. Search text, names, email addresses, visitor or session identifiers, IP addresses and full referrer URLs are not stored in this analytics database. The counter uses no analytics cookies, browser storage or fingerprinting and does not join statistics to Google account data or purchase records.

Interaction totals are retained for approximately 90 days, with daily scheduled deletion. Staging test totals are kept separate from production. Cloudflare provides the collector and database infrastructure and necessarily processes network requests; this is distinct from the limited data stored in our aggregate counter. When the counter is enabled, it respects the browser's Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals.

The aggregate counter is enabled on imagomeri.com. Staging test totals are stored separately from production totals. A failure or usage limit in the analytics system does not prevent use of the catalog.

embedded media and store links

The landing page includes YouTube and SoundCloud players and loads product-preview media from Instagram's content delivery network. Loading these resources connects your browser to the relevant provider, which receives network information such as your IP address. Embedded players may use cookies or other identifiers under the provider's own privacy settings and policies. These services are separate from our aggregate interaction counter; opting out of that counter does not disable the players.

Choosing use cart on the homepage, Products or Our Devices loads Sellfy buttons and its cart in an isolated document on checkout.imagomeri.com. Sellfy can store its own cart identifiers there to remember items across these pages. The checkout document has a different origin and cannot read the main site page or its local storage; our code does not copy these identifiers, cart contents or payment details. Vendor requests include network information such as your IP address, and Sellfy or its store analytics may use cookies or other identifiers. Hide cart stops these embeds in this tab; it does not clear Sellfy's cart or cookies. Adding an item opens Sellfy's window, with its native price choices and offers. Close that window to keep browsing here. Ordinary product links remain available if the embedded cart cannot load. Membership checkout is separate. No payment or email details are collected by our site.

The checkout subdomain and main site share a parent domain. Browser cookies scoped to imagomeri.com may also be available on its subdomains; separate origins do not isolate those cookies. Our integration does not copy cart identifiers into the main site or relax the browser’s origin policy.

See the Sellfy privacy policy. Opting out of our aggregate counter does not disable these checkout requests.

You can read the Google privacy policy and SoundCloud privacy policy. Product and membership links open the existing store, where the store's privacy information and checkout terms apply.

device images and videos

The Our Devices page shows locally saved device images. New or changed images may load directly from Sellfy’s image CDN, which receives network information such as your IP address. Its catalog is read from public Sellfy pages by our server, with a one-hour cache; no customer, payment or account information is read or forwarded.

YouTube players on Our Devices load only when you select a video. They remain inside the device card, use youtube-nocookie.com privacy-enhanced mode, and do not autoplay. Loading and using a player connects your browser to YouTube/Google, which receives your IP address and the website origin. Privacy-enhanced mode does not promise anonymous use or eliminate all provider data processing. No YouTube Data API key or Google sign-in is required by this page. Ordinary YouTube and product links remain available if a player cannot load.

membership archive listing

A separate server-side process reads file names, folder structure and file types from the configured public Google Drive membership folder. It uses a dedicated API key restricted to the Drive API and does not access private Google account files, file contents, owner information or email addresses. The website shows this saved metadata as an archive listing; it does not copy files to the store or provide file-download links.

The latest complete listing is stored in Cloudflare D1 and refreshed approximately every 30 minutes. If a refresh fails, the last complete listing remains available. Website visits read the saved listing rather than contacting Google Drive for each visit. Opening the Drive link supplied in a membership email is a separate action and connects you to Google Drive.

This public-folder process is separate from the private YouTube captions automation described below.

data we access

With permission from the imago meri Google account, our private automation accesses YouTube caption tracks and basic video metadata for videos in the configured imago meri playlist. It does not access Gmail, contacts, Drive files or unrelated Google account data.

how the data is used

Caption text is processed only to create a short, informal description of a video when no manually written description already exists. If the captions do not support a clear and specific description, nothing is generated.

storage and retention

Raw caption transcripts are processed temporarily and are not intentionally stored. The resulting short descriptions and public video-preview metadata are stored in Supabase. OAuth credentials are kept as private Supabase function secrets and are never included in the public website code.

sharing

Google user data is not sold, used for advertising or shared with third parties. Supabase provides the infrastructure used to run the automation and store the generated website content.

your control

Access can be revoked at any time from the Google Account's third-party connections settings. Revoking access stops future caption refreshes.

Google API disclosure

imago meri's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
